TERMS OF SERVICES

Commissions I don't accept:➤ Extensive gore
➤ Hateful content (queerphobia, racism, sexism, etc.)
➤ Furry content (I don't know how to draw furries, I apologise)
➤ Mechas
➤ Anything containing real-life politics or religions (Except for queer content. I definitely do queer)

Payment Information:➤ Payments will be received via PayPal only
➤ If the currency in the customer's country is different, the euro price quoted by me will be converted into the customer's currency at the current exchange rate at that point in time
➤ Clients may choose one of two payment-forms:
1) Full payment upfront after I agreed to the commission
2) Split payment (50% upfront after I agreed to the commission, 50% after the client accepts the sketch and gives me permission to
render and finalise the artwork)
➤ I reserve the right to increase the price if the customer requests a highly detailed artwork or additions such as pets, etc.
➤ Should the customer want to commission artwork for commercial uses, then prices will be discussed based on usage
➤ Clients may cancel their commissions at any given time, but won't receive their money back if I have already started working on them. If the client chose Split Payment and cancels the commission before, during, or after the sketch phase (but before I started rendering), they won't be charged the second 50%
➤ Clients will be refunded the full amount of money they paid thus far for the specific commission, should work not have started within 3 months after I have received the initial payment

General Information:➤ The finalised artwork the customer receives will be a full-resolution PNG file, downloadable as a ZIP file via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox
➤ Commissioned artwork/s are for personal use only, unless the client and I have agreed upon commercial rights and an according license has been purchased from me by the client (Personal use includes using the art as profile picture on social media, emotes on platforms like Twitch or Discord, etc.)
➤ I reserve the right to decline a commission without the need for a stated reason
➤ I retain full rights to all work produced under and prefaced by this contract unless otherwise specifically agreed upon and fully paid for in a drafted and signed contract
➤ Furthermore, do I retain the right to showcase commissioned artworks online and elsewhere. I may use commissioned pieces in forms of self-promotion (portfolios, commission examples, etc.)
➤ I will not sell prints or other forms of merchandise of commissioned pieces, especially those containing or depicting client's original characters, without their permission
➤ I do not claim ownership of any intellectual property (characters, logos, etc.) depicted in work done unless otherwise stated (for example, intellectual property created by me and requested by the client)
➤ Clients may request an update to their commission, as long as it's within reasonable limits
➤ Clients may request reasonable changes during the whole process, while bigger changes may only be requested up until the client gives me the okay to proceed to the rendering phase
➤ Clients do not have the right to pass off work produced by me as their own
➤ Clients do not have the right to feed any of my work to AI

By commissioning me, you are automatically accepting my Terms of Services

For commissioning, you can contact me by email:[email protected]
By doing so, you automatically confirm to have read and agreed to my terms of services.

My autistic self likes it if there's more information about the "How?", especially if it's about something I'm unsure about how to approach it. So, here's a little guide on how you could contact me, and what will happen, should you want to commission me!

1) Read my Terms of Services
2) Know what you want to commission
3) Collect references you want to send me
4) Go to the Contact page and write me an email
The email
(The scary part)
➤ I am an artist on the internet, not a tax advisor. There's no need to be overly formal. A simple "Hi! I'd like to commission you." is totally fine, don't worry! Yes, emojis are also okay :D
➤ Describe what you would like to commission
ㅤ - Character/s
ㅤ - Portrait, half body, full body?
ㅤ - Any specific scenarios, emotions, poses, or something else?
ㅤ - Painted or cel-shading?
ㅤ - Background?
ㅤ - Personal use,, or do we need to discuss a commercial license? (If it's personal use, you don't have to necessarily bring it up)
➤ Which payment form do you choose - Full or split? (Alternatively, you can bring this up after my first response)
➤ Include references if it's an OC, or you have specific wishes ("That character but in this outfit / with this hair", etc.) Those references can be attached images or links to well-known websites
5) Send the email and wait for my response (it can take up to 2 weeks for me to respond. Should I not do that, then feel free to ask after those two weeks!)
6) Should I accept the commission, I will need your name and address for the invoice (Your data will be treated confidentially)
7) You will receive the invoice with all the information regarding payment via email
8) After you've paid the discussed amount of money within the period of time stated in the invoice, I will add you to my Art Queue. You'll receive a link where you can see the current state of your commission (The link is also publicly available here on my Carrd)
9) When I have finished the initial sketch, I'll send it to you, so you can either give your okay for me to proceed to rendering, or request changes.
10) After you gave me the okay, I'll move on to rendering. Just like with the sketch, I'll send you the artwork when it's done (or a work in progress, should I have questions)
11) Are you happy with your finished artwork, then my work is done, and you can go and have fun with it! :D

Should questions or other things come up during the whole process,
feel free to send me another email!
